When you sin, you have this sense of feeling like you finally have a taste of freedom. But in actuality your being in bondage by sin. And you feel like your free, but then how come you say to yourself you'll try and change and try to be good later on? If you really where truly free, you wouldn't feel like what your doing was something you'd have to fix or change your ways later on cause your "free" right?

People are being deceived by the media, portraying rebellion as a way of escaping
and being free from the responsibilities of this world, but in the end, you end up making enemies with people even your family maybe. I honestly don't see that as freedom whatsoever. And I'm tired of the way some youth think think that freedom is not being under the control of their parents. So they end up wanting to run away like in the movies or music videos they see or just rebel. And that's not the way things should be handled.

it's like that song, by Great Escape by Boys Like GIrls that goes like:
"Throw it away
Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway

IT AINT COOL YOU GUISE IT JUST AINTTTT!

I've learned that, there is freedom in submission & obedience to God's directions & word and to my Parents. The more you obey your parents, all the more they trust you and give you favor. But if you rebel the more they won't trust you and just about the complete total opposite will happen. So I rather choose the easier more favorable way of living then that of choosing rebellion. You won't feel the weight of sin or "fake freedom" and with obedience you'd never feel like what your doing is going to end you up in trouble. But instead you'll be in the blessing of God and the easier right path where you don't make end up making enemies or burdening people possibly.

So again,
Submission = Freedom
Rebellion = Bondage

Simple.

Doesn't it all make sense now?

The other night, My friends and I finally found the time after the busy holidays to actually hang out

and give our presents to one another! We haven't seen them all Christmas and this was probably

our last free day for all of us to hang before Jodi gets back to work. It was such a fine evening.

I missed being reunited with my girls! It's so rare now a days.. *le sigh*

before we met up with the girls, we had dinner at Pancake House with Clara & her friends!

while walking to Starbucks after dinner, the rain just decided to pour heavily on all of us

and we ran into Starbucks completely drenched. Don' they look so presentable? Awww.

Like every January first of the new year, my whole family ( Mom's side ) comes together to celebrate

During the end of the year I gather my the rest of my cousin's for a sleepover and then celebrate

our Grandmother's birthday which is January, 1. We always have a lot of fun and we even

made up this dance for her birthday, which will never be posted. Haha!

Started hanging out with Jodi & Clara for the first time after last year's events at the end of the year.

Clara invited us to the Jazz Festival for her birthday. It was our first time to attend!

This was honestly, the most funnest day I've had. I was with my cousins Inah & Tj and it was our

very first time to attend the Panaad Festival and I just couldn't make this blog without adding

this to it. It was so fun. I can't wait for next year!

It's fun to have a job with friends involved!

And Seed was even able to come over to visit Bacolod again! Woot!

This night was hilarious. It was full of dares and mind games. We where so loud. SO FUN.

We surprised Eunice. She had no clue Seed was here. Success.

Emman came to Bacolod that week as well! We where looking forward to one epic week.

We where almost all complete except Iya wasn't able to make it. Huhuhu.

There's always something about nights at Calea and dares. It was so epic. I can't evennnn.

We even got to get our own hotel room and sleepover there like rockstars for the night.

It was seriously an amazeballs summer for us. And that was the summer we came up with the word

"AMAZEBALLS" and wrote the Apple Pie Song. Awwww.

This was one perfect day, that I had to put in this blog. Just chillaxin' with Jodi going boarding, swimming, dinner and good music. It's hard to get days like these where everybody is just so busy now.

I started going to the gym after 5 years.

I had to convince my Mom to buy this shirt for me. She's not into "casual t-shirts" but I couldn't let go

There was a tad of drama when I got to the store, because another older woman She looked like a

Mom or a Tita, sorta, She saw the shirt I was just about to grab from the huge pile of shirts and buy. She really look interested, I was already freaking out to my Mom & sister why She'd even be into that type! Once she put it down I took it and hid it, since I was still convincing my Mom to buy it for me. But without my knowing She took right away and brought really far so I wouldn't get it! like, wathe. I panicked!! and asked the sales lady if there was still stock and thank God, there was! What drama!

Just the other night I was relaxing in the living room with my laptop when my Dad wanted me to go outside to see his friend’s ATV which was awesome! I got excited and just had to get on it and ride, but couldn’t drive it cause it’s manual which is very confusing for me.

While my Dad was talking to the owner about the ATV I looked up at the night sky and noticed all the bright stars which don’t usually come out anymore but this week they’ve been so sparkly! Then I heard the Lord speak to me while I was looking up and tell me “Reach for the stars..” and it made me think about a few months back when I was at a special service with a guest pastor from New Zealand and I was given a word from God that the Pastor told me “Dream bigger dreams..”

This is making me all realize I haven’t been expecting from God enough that He can do more than I ask or even think. I got used to not putting my hopes up sometimes and rather not expect at all than get hurt in the end. but that’s not what God wants He always wants to bless his children and He wants his children to learn to expect more greater, bigger things from Him and reach for the stars. For his thoughts are higher than our thoughts and His ways are higher than our ways! I know that God’s going to take me places, but if I’m always thinking small and expecting little, that’s exactly what I’ll get!

Next on our agenda after the sleepover we badly wanted to longboard since it's been forever!

and it's been kind of scary how we might've lost our drive for boarding..

We tried boarding barefoot for the first time.

We went swimming and had dinner at Jodi's fam's house! and then I was able to experience

her driving skills that evening. We took the car and we turned the music up and made noise! Haha!

Best part of the day was lying down in the middle of the warm cement road and doing nothing at all.

This day weekend was perfect. I want more weekend just like this.

living in Manila we finally where able to find a free weekend to spend quality time. This call for a

sleepover!

On November 18, I went on a lovely date with Miss Jodi. Where we got all dressed up and

had dinner at a new Thai resto where the food was gross and the service was bad. Haha!

But that didn't stop our wonderful night..

I've been sleeping alone since my sister was off to Singapore that week.

Chanel's Tv Patrol's Regional News Casting Competition

A few days after my Manila trip, I accompanied my good friend Chanel to Ilo-Ilo City for Tv Patrol's Regional News Casting Competition. She had her hair and make up done at the house around
4 AM and we got to thepier by 6:20 AM when the boat should've left by 6 AM! We rushed so fast to the boat! Thank God they didn't leave us or we'd be late for the competition..

Chanel was picked to go first which was a bit nerve racking!

There's so much detail to this plan let's just say "Operation: Room 303" was a total success! She had no clue!

It was one epic night to remember with the whole bunch!

We went laser tagging & had dinner right after the surprise and we settled for Banana Leaf

which serves lovely Singaporean style food.

Okay be prepared cause this is a RANT. This ain’t sweet,nice or pleasant to some, but it’s the truth and it’s piling up inside of me. I just need to LET IT OUT. K THANKS.

I’m tired of this wordly mentality and thinking that your “IMMATURE” just because You don’t wanna go out there and date around with everybody out there or party and have flings and blah blah blah.

I think that’s pretty much messed up. I’m disappointed that that’s how most teens or people see it that way. You may not notice that you are but you might be judging that way too even if you’re a christian. I just can’t stand that anymore.

Probably, in God’s opinion certainly He think that being mature is learning to wait and having self control over your emotions not to do stupid things that causes one to sin, but that’s not the perspective of many. They look on you like your still a kid, innocent, not ready and all that non sense thinking.. I n the world’s way of thinking.. if you have the most experience with boys and getting dumped and having tons of relationships that to them is “MATURE” when infact what they’re doing wasn’t actually mature at all..

God’s path:
it’s always patient, slow, being self controlled and in the end your happier and more pleased with His way.. it’s always ends it much more pleasure and joy when you just learn to wait and not go for the first thing you see just cause it’s going to make you happy for a time being..
World’s path:
it’s always about Instant Gratification, Impatient, trying to always get ahead of everyone. You want everything on the spot.. for sure you’d be happy for a while but the later on there will be consequences because of always rushing and never learning to wait as they say “good things come to those wait”
Example.. the latest iPhone 10? Haha.. came out and you just had to have it..
you kept bugging your parents because you wanted to be the first to have it. So they got it for you. And you where the first, but after a time being the latest iPhone 11 came out with 1000000x better features and it’s faster and it might has a refrigerator in it too! and your doesn’t! But since you couldn’t wait.. for the better features your stuck now with your old iPhone10 with no refrigerator in it :( boo. HAHAHAHA

I noticed is that when, example you’ve met new friends your getting close to and they don’t have any clue about you all they know is your single and your not into anyone and don’t much about boys they instantly think “Awww your so cute and innocent. Your not ready yet for us to spill all our knowledge of boys to…” something like that? and all that non sense, but If once they did find out you did actually have experience with opposite sex they’ll start treating you differently like a mature person and being amazed about all the stuff you did and all the pain you went through because you did stupid stuff and they think that’s mature.
Than one who’s never had to go through the pain for some boy or girl they never where going to end up in the first place and just wasted their time one! That who their mind is set on the future and waiting not instant gratification and is self controlled. I applaud that person because that isn’t something most teens can’t acquire to do anymore.

I know it’s like I’m focusing all about dating but it’s more to that as well.. it’s not just about dating it can be about anything even jobs or opportunities. And yes no one’s perfect but I just can’t stand this mentality of what people or I say teens? See to them as mature and what’s immature. Because that’s not how God see’s it at all.

You know what, I’m not much of a writer, but I really would like to share this revelation I have, with you guys. I’m tired of people saying “You’ve got no love life” or “Your love life sucks” just cause there’s no one into me or I’m into no one if that makes sense?

I just want to tell them I do, have the best love life out there. That’s with my relationship in Christ Jesus, who loves me unconditionally and will never leave me nor forsake me. He will guide & be with me through everything. Could a person do that for you, without disappointing you at all?
It says in a scripture, ‘My Beloved is mine, and I am his.’ That scripture is too beautiful to even comprehend. People can disappoint you, leave you, make you feel like your absolutely nothing, but Jesus is always there for you to run to with open arms. There’s no one on this whole earth that has loved, took all the care and provided for me like Jesus has done several times beyond several times.

Can you believe there’s someone who loves you so much to give his own LIFE for YOU and I? I’m in awe whenever I come across myself thinking “Woah, someone actually died for me? and I’m not even close to perfect? Who would do that?” But it’s so we can live through him. He who made it possible now, for us to go to heaven that even if we sin, we can ask forgiveness and restart all over again. What if there was no Jesus? What if He didn’t choose to die for us? Imagine this, One sin, big or small we would go straight to hell and we couldn’t take back what we did, cause there’s was no way to ask forgiveness. So, are you realizing now? I couldn’t imagine my life without a Jesus.

Aaah, yes! This bag has become one of my favorite's so far!

I was planning to buy this primer, but then the seller (a close family friend) decided to give it to me!

I'm so thankful! And I've tried out it once already and I must say it works waaay better than the Faceshop's primer for Me.

These are too cute and unique! I found them on an online shop. My sister bought them first, but

it ended up to be too tight for her, so she gave them to me! Mehehe!

We where given Ribena last week! It always makes me remember being abroad, because that's where

I had my younger sister do my make-up early in the morning before leaving

since I'll be having my picture taken there. To find out that it was just going to be taken by a lousy

webcam with low light, printed in black white and the photo was small and fuzzy! such a waste!

I was so excited that day I had asked my mom to teach me how to drive the day I got my permit!

The other day, I accompanied my Dad to the pier to pick up his new toy.

So, I never posted about my project that My sister's and I are doing. It's a pre-nuptial video for

church friend's that are soon to wed, and we've been working on this for 3 months already. We have to finish taping all the scenes by December. As you can see some behind scenes shots and yeap, that's my sister and friend's soaking the groom to be/birthday boy with buckets of water! It's part of the skit.

We even had cake to celebrate!

It was Jodi's first sleepover at my place. We watched movies til 5am, in the morning.

The next day, Jodi taught my sister & I how to long board.

It was very thrilling, I bruised my shoulder.

We spent the rest of the day eating yogurt, attended Jodi's church in the evening for a very special service.

Truly was amazing, then Jodi treated us to chicken inasal for dinner!

scripture video contest for Jodi's school. We decided to go out and get some inspiration which is food. Of course. I mean what else help's you think better than food? Sadly, we realized ice cream didn't help our brain juices flow at all. All I did feel, was hungry for McDonald's. That's where We went after the whole brain storming session that lasted 5 hours. We decided to resume on Thursday..

So, it's Thursday and we have resumed to start brain storming again for the scripture video contest.
First thing we could think of was, food! We had walked across the street to grab a box of donuts,hot chocolate and icey choco. We got back to work right away, totally changed our whole concept from last Tuesday. Surprisingly we figured out doughnut's help the brain juices flow so much. We're definitely excited to start shooting next week!

Last Friday, I was deeply honored to be asked to accompany my Dad's friend's wife who's an interior designer. I tagged along with her to one of her project's, to see how the whole interior designing thing happens and if I'd like it. She wanted to show me there's more to being an interior designer than what you just see in magazine's. My eyes where opened and I learned so much and hopefully I could really have a future in this, all I need is a good mentor. This is so exciting. Thank you,GOD.

I want it took look perfect I can't wait to use it!

She had also made Me pick a t-shirt out, I had chosen a lot but only

This would be my dream kitchen where I'll be inspired to cook only healthy & organic food
