Submission = Freedom | Rebellion = Bondage

Submission = Freedom
Rebellion = Bondage

When you sin, you have this sense of feeling like you finally have a taste of freedom. But in actuality your being in bondage by sin. And you feel like your free, but then how come you say to yourself you'll try and change and try to be good later on? If you really where truly free, you wouldn't feel like what your doing was something you'd have to fix or change your ways later on cause your "free" right?

People are being deceived by the media, portraying rebellion as a way of escaping
and being free from the responsibilities of this world, but in the end, you end up making enemies with people even your family maybe. I honestly don't see that as freedom whatsoever. And I'm tired of the way some youth think think that freedom is not being under the control of their parents. So they end up wanting to run away like in the movies or music videos they see or just rebel. And that's not the way things should be handled.

it's like that song, by Great Escape by Boys Like GIrls  that goes like:
"Throw it away
Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway
Watch it burn
Let it die
Cause we are finally free tonight."

IT AINT COOL YOU GUISE IT JUST AINTTTT!

I've learned that, there is freedom in submission & obedience to God's directions & word and to my Parents. The more you obey your parents, all the more they trust you and give you favor. But if you rebel the more they won't trust you and just about the complete total opposite will happen. So I rather choose the easier more favorable way of living then that of choosing rebellion. You won't feel the weight of sin or "fake freedom" and with obedience you'd never feel like what your doing is going to end you up in trouble. But instead you'll be in the blessing of God and the easier right path where you don't make end up making enemies or burdening people possibly.

So again,
Submission = Freedom
Rebellion = Bondage

Simple.

Doesn't it all make sense now?

Romans 12:2
2Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].

We've got to be heaven minded.
We've got to see things from God's perspective.

Reunited & It Feels So Good:.

The other night,  My friends and I finally found the time after the busy holidays to actually hang out

and give our presents to one another! We haven't seen them all Christmas and this was probably

our last free day for all of us to hang before Jodi gets back to work. It was such a fine evening. 

I missed being reunited with my girls! It's so rare now a days.. *le sigh*

before we met up with the girls, we had dinner at Pancake House with Clara & her friends!

while walking to Starbucks after dinner, the rain just decided to pour heavily on all of us 

and we ran into Starbucks completely drenched. Don' they look so presentable? Awww.

HAPPY 2O12/ HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOLA:.

Like every January first of the new year, my whole family ( Mom's side ) comes together to celebrate

my Lola's birthday and the new year at the same time! It's always a blast every year and different

each year. I love them all! It was a great way to end the holidays. 

This year, we went out of townto celebrate since it was a Sunday.

My cousin, Keren and I prepared snacks for everyone in the afternoon.

New Years Eve / New Year :.

Rewind 2O11:.

Now is the time to rewind all the memories that I've had for the year 2011. I'll be posting most of the highlights of my year. God's been so good to me this year. I can't help but think what he's got planned for me next year. I wasn't expecting such an awesome year like this year, even if I didn't go abroad. God was still able to bless where I am.

During the end of the year I gather my the rest of my cousin's for a sleepover and then celebrate

our Grandmother's birthday which is January, 1. We always have a lot of fun and we even

made up this dance for her birthday, which will never be posted. Haha! 

 Started hanging out with Jodi & Clara for the first time after last year's events at the end of the year.

Did a special photo shoot for Chanel's prom! Awww. 

Clara invited us to the Jazz Festival for her birthday. It was our first time to attend!

Slept over at Clara's house for the first time with my sister & Jodi.

A p r i l

This was honestly, the most funnest day I've had. I was with my cousins Inah & Tj and it was our 

very first time to attend the Panaad Festival and I just couldn't make this blog without adding

this to it. It was so fun. I can't wait for next year!

It's fun to have a job with friends involved! 

And Seed was even able to come over to visit Bacolod again! Woot! 

This night was hilarious. It was full of dares and mind games. We where so loud. SO FUN.

We surprised Eunice. She had no clue Seed was here. Success. 

Emman came to Bacolod that week as well! We where looking forward to one epic week. 

We where almost all complete except Iya wasn't able to make it. Huhuhu.

There's always something about nights at Calea and dares. It was so epic. I can't evennnn.

We even got to get our own hotel room and sleepover there like rockstars for the night.

It was seriously an amazeballs summer for us. And that was the summer we came up with the word

"AMAZEBALLS" and wrote the Apple Pie Song. Awwww.

500daysofshutter ended.

Clara was the first person to plank in all of Bacolod. But we're over that now.

My sister and I where judges at a talent competition for our youth. yeah.

Met up with my cousin & the lovely Magcase sister's which I haven't seen in a year or two.

My bestfriend, Dannah, blessed me with a free ticket to Manila to be there for her birthday and go to EK!

Met the most talented sister's Elle & Ina, for the first time.

Our first sleepover together in Manila! Just missing Jodi this time. Huhuhu.

Did my first video project for my birthday. Oh, and I turned 18 this year.

I've never gotten one of these before. Loved it. 

It meant so much to me to have been asked to accompany an interior designer, cause she wanted to

show me how she goes about her job and all. It really was a big deal to me. 

 Jodi came back from Canada after two months! We celebrated all the birthdays we missed in one night

Attended my first Apocalyptic Party at Elle & Ina's place with my friends.

Accompanied Chanel, to Ilo-Ilo City where after they took to this Japanese Resto

here, in Bacolod. My goodness, the food was AMAZEBALLS.

This was one perfect day, that I had to put in this blog. Just chillaxin' with Jodi going boarding, swimming, dinner and good music. It's hard to get days like these where everybody is just so busy now. 

I started going to the gym after 5 years.

Alls I can say is, from this whole year what I'm most thankful for and grateful, is God bringing in new amazing friends who have been an abudant blessing to me. I really appreciate them for making me a better christian and making me happy. Nothing could've made as happy this year as they have.

I love them so much and I know our bond is just getting stronger the more time we can spend together and I'm praying we will all get to be complete one day.
